The Western Pangasinan Lyceum Alumni Association Board of Directors conducted a re-organizational meeting in California, USA and unaminously elected Mr. Jose "Bogs" Valderrama, Jr. as the new President. Our congratulations to the new president. Mr. Valderrama is one of the organizers in the WPL Grand Alumni Homecoming last December 17-18, 2005.
