The MUNICIPALITY OF BANI, intends to apply the sum of PESOS: (PhP 304,179.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING AT TIEP (155.0m X 3.0m X 0.20m) WITH .50m SHOULDERING BOTH SIDES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Delivery of te Goods is required on or before March 24, 2010. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction To Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 9184.
Bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnership or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belogning to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or previleges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the bidding Documents in the amount equivalent to 0.5 % of the ABC. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The Municipality of Bani reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bid, to waive any defects or informalities found therein, to annul or cancel the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, impose additional terms and conditions and accept the proposal most advantageous to the government without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders whatsoever.
