We are now carefully laying the foundations of our quest to become the Education and Commercial Center of the Western Pangasinan--for example, the University of the Philippines Open University (www.upou.org) has now established a Testing Center in Bani, making our municipality the first-ever Local Government Unit to get U.P. accreditation. Similarly-themed projects are likewise on the way, to support our over-all goal of providing our constituents with access to affordable quality education.

But this is just the beginning. There is much more to come.

In time, we will be developing our town's agro-business and industrial sectors which shall serve as the primary catalyst for our people's empowerment. We shall likewise develop our tourism potential, improve our primary health care services, and maintain our status as the most eco-friendly municipality of the whole Luzon.
